Personal Leadership Statement

As a leader, I strive to lead from example, maintaining a workload while continually pushing myself to new heights while encouraging and facilitating my followers to the same. I push my followers to step up and take responsibility for the work that is being done while assisting them in communicating so that the proper course forward is charted. I minimize conflict as much as possible, supporting each follower so that an understanding or compromise may be reached that benefits and teaches all involved. In the workplace, this style translates to an employee that manages and mentors, encouraging out of the box thinking while keeping the team focused on the objective at hand, developing a more skilled and efficient team than when I started.
